When one begins to fire up ideas for their advertising and marketing they must consider what  they want to accomplish with the ad. Do you want your ad to create awareness or do you want it to drive traffic.  The idea of all advertising be it print, radio, TV, or social media advertising the key is to grab the audience’s attention and keep their attention and give them a reason to do business with you.  The idea you have must target your desired audience and create a reason for that audience to do business with you.  There are so many choices to make when deciding to advertise you want to do your research so that you choose the right avenue that will pop.

This is the image you want to consider when planning your advertising and marketing in print your images need to pop. When doing radio or TV you want a commercial that pops that grabs your audience and leaves the audience wanting more so they respond positively to your message. When you hire someone to be your voice make sure that voice pops and helps to deliver your message effectively.

When you make your advertising pop you create not only brand recognition but also an infusion of cash.  I have found that when you advertise and have an advertisement that pops you experience an increase in cash flow because you are on the top of the consumer’s mind.

The key to making this program pop was to get it in the right hands so that people would use the coupons. I used my 3 foot rule and asked everyone I saw if they liked Footlocker and if they said yes I gave them a coupon and asked them to come use it. As a result I increased my sales by 500%.

Dominoes Pizza had a very successful ad campaign that spanned print and electronic media with this campaign that today is considered a classic campaign. People actually wanted the plush stuffed version of The NOID so Dominoes made them and sold them creating additional cash flow.

Plop, Plop, Fizz, Fizz – Alka-Seltzer and Alka-Selter Antacid is now ...Most everyone remembers Speedy from The Alka Seltzer commercials and the jingle plop plop fizz fizz oh what a relief it is. This is a great example of having a campaign that pops.
